About Us

Casa Brisas de la Montana is located 7 miles NE from Parrita, which is one mile from the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

Parrita is located halfway between Manuel Antonio and Jaco Beach.

The perfect elevation for cooler weather and constant breezes in Costa Rica is between 500 - 1500 foot elevation.  The villa sits at 1000 foot elevation, acquiring the continual breezes while still maintaining a beautiful ocean view.

The higher elevation breezes and lack of standing water found at sea level eliminates flying insects.

The villa boasts  sweet mountain spring water with constant pressure which is hard to find at the lower elevations.

Horses roam the 60 acre estate for clients pleasure.  The horseback riding in the Costa Rica jungle is an unforgetable experience.  The villa has an on site wrangler / caretaker that will arrange for horseback riding at your convenience.

The villa is one of the few mountain homes in Costa Rica that has its own helipad for clients that want to fly directly to the villa from the airport at San Jose.

Paritta
Paritta, which is a 5 mile drive down the hill, is a bustling farming and fishing community surrounded by rice fields, banana plantations, palm nut plantations, and lush pastures.
The food is local fare consisting of fresh seafood, and locally grown fruits and vegetables.

Jaco Beach
A short 20 minute drive up the beach takes you to Jaco Beach.  Jaco is the most popular Pacific beach in Costa Rica.
A laidback bustling town, Jaco is one of the most popular Costa Rican beaches.
Jaco has many stores for your shopping pleasure and restaurants of all types that boast the finest fare in all of Central America.
Jaco has the reputation of being a ‘party beach’ with an excellent nightlife. However, the fun here is casual and relaxed, and the people here are nice and friendly. Catering mostly to a huge number of foreign tourists who want to enjoy a more tranquil lifestyle, Jaco has a nice clean beach that is especially popular in the summer.
There are also plenty of tour operators in town that arrange everything from horseback rides on the beach, to some excellent off shore sport fishing and sea kayaking.

Manuel Antonio / Quepos
A 20 minute drive down the beach takes you to Manuel Antonio / Quepos.
Quepos (on the outskirts of Manuel Antonio) is a quaint fishing village, but home to the largest marina in Central America.  The weekend farmers market in Quepos is amazing.
Manuel Antonio has a large public beach and is one of the largest tourist destinations in Central America.
The Manuel Antonio National Park is a small biological peninsula found within an area devoted to different productive activities, such as agriculture, cattle and high tourism development. It is one of the country’s most scenic and beautiful national parks. The mean annual temperature is 27°C, with a minimum temperature of 20°C.
You can also enjoy the beauty of beaches like Espadilla Sur, Puerto Escondido and Manuel Antonio.
Manuel Antonio offer the uniquely breathtaking fusion of scenic mountain beauty and an active lifestyle. From championship surf tournaments, hiking, rafting/kayaking, canopying, bird watching or sport fishing, Quepos and Manuel Antonio offers something for everyone.
